Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Client Success Analyst to join our growing digital health SaaS start-up. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing various operational processes and customer service initiatives aimed at improving the overall customer experience. You will work closely with the founding team to identify areas for improvement and execute strategic plans to optimize our services.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and implement operational processes aimed at improving customer experience and service delivery.
  • Monitor and track customer service metrics and provide regular performance reports to key stakeholders.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of customer service policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Collaborate with customer success team to understand customer needs and identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
  • Manage customer service requests and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and issues.
  • Collaborate with development team to prioritize and implement product improvements aimed at enhancing customer experience.
  • Provide support to customers during software implementation and ongoing product use.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, operations management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong customer-focused mindset and ability to understand customer needs.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with digital health technology and SaaS platforms a plus.
