TheraVista Health, Inc. (“TheraVista,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how the VestRx-MIL mobile application (“App”) handles your data in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).
The VestRx-MIL app uses your smartphone’s camera to analyze your form during physical therapy exercises and provide real-time corrective feedback.
The app does not store or transmit any video or images.
The app does not collect or maintain personal health information (PHI), diagnoses, or medical condition data.
All movement analysis is performed locally on your device and remains under your control.
All data processing occurs on your smartphone. No information is sent to TheraVista Health, third parties, or external servers. Because we do not store or transmit PHI, the risk of unauthorized disclosure is minimized. The app follows best security practices for device-based data handling.
Since no personal or health information is collected or stored, there is no data for you to request access to, update, or delete. You may uninstall the app at any time to remove all app data from your device.
Although VestRx-MIL does not handle PHI, TheraVista Health, Inc. adheres to HIPAA principles regarding privacy, security, and minimal data use. Our systems and app design ensure user confidentiality and local data processing.
